Inspired by the idea that every place has its unique scent, Mongtan drew inspiration from the traditions of Mongtan-myeon, Jeollanam-do.We reinterpreted the 'Jipbul Gui' method of grilling meat over rice straw left after harvest, smoking premium beef short ribs with organic rice straw.This process infuses the meat with a rich, nutty aroma, creating Mongtan's distinctive scent.
